By accessing and using DentalKing Software ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
DentalKing Software provides a cloud-based dental clinic management platform that includes patient management, billing, scheduling, dental charting, and related services for dental healthcare providers.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Privacy
We take data privacy seriously. Patient data entered into DentalKing Software is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized users within your clinic. We do not sell or share your patient data with third parties.
5. Data Ownership & Portability
All data your clinic enters into DentalKing Software — including patient records, billing, and scheduling information — belongs to your clinic, not to us. We act only as a custodian of that data while you use the Service.
Your clinic can request a copy of its data at any time by contacting us, and we will provide it without undue delay.
In line with GDPR data-portability requirements, clinics can also export all of their patient data themselves at any time from the Settings section inside DentalKing Software — no request needed.
To protect your clinic against data loss, DentalKing Software automatically backs up your data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DentalKing Software are owned by Tescode I.T Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
DentalKing Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
